What you will do

  • Communicate the vision of Lumina College and promote its academic programs and services

  • Implement effective marketing plans and strategies to recruit students

  • Create effective strategies for maximizing donations

  • Write and present proposals to trusts, funds, and grant-making bodies, and manage the application process

  • Host promotional and fundraising events

  • Handle mass and social media communication, and manage website

  • Design advertising and promotional materials, and coordinate the print advertising process

Who you are

  • You are a university graduate, possibly with a master's level education, preferably in communication or marketing, and with media training

  • You have five or more years of experience in marketing and media

  • You have experience in website management with Wix

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills

  • As a plus, you have strong copywriting and digital design abilities

  • You have strong computer skills in Mac & PC operations

  • You can communicate the essence of the Christian gospel to others

  • You regularly serve in the church and community

  • You have a strong Christian faith and understand Christian communications as mission


  • Pay scale comparable to media or public relations officer in nonprofits and Christian ministry

  • Full-time position with insurance and medical plan

  • Work location: Kowloon, Hong Kong

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for an assistant position

  • Interest in introducing Christianity to others will be an advantage — please elaborate this in your cover letter
