林以諾先生是一位經驗豐富的教會音樂家，也是一位研究流行音樂、基督教音樂和基督教崇拜互動的學者。

 

林先生現時在多所院校擔任客席講師，包括香港浸會大學、恩光書院及建道神學院。作為一名經驗豐富、多才多藝的教會音樂家，林先生在不同教會及音樂機構指導詩班和合唱團。

 

除了講授本地的當代基督教音樂，林先生亦擔任香港基督教音樂事工協會的音樂顧問，電台廣播節目「恩典時刻：聖樂漫遊」的主持人。
