*HOURS: 5 DAYS/WEEK,9 AM–6 PM (T/TH/F) OR 2–10 PM (M/W)

What you will do

  • Administration, accounting work, bank-in, and related office tasks

  • Student recruitment and registration, documents preparation for class

  • Preparation for event/activity, venue set-up, participants coordination

  • Reception work, house keeping, maintain supplies inventory, logistics arrangement

  • Maintenance of database, reports, digital and manual filing system


Who you are

  • You understand Christian work as mission

  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • You have proven admin or assistant experience

  • You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • You possess strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills

  • You are proficient in MS Office and experienced with basic accounting

  • You are able to communicate the Christian gospel to others

  • You regularly attend and are involved in a local church



  • Pay scale comparable to private universities or seminaries

  • Higher position will be given to the more experienced candidate

  • Insurance plan, medical plan
