Marketing and Communication Officer

Duties

  • Communicate the vision of Lumina College and promote her academic programs and services
  • Handle mass and social media communication
  • Host academic and promotion events; coordinate speakers for seminars and conferences
  • Manage corporate website
  • Implement effective marketing plans; design advertising and promotion materials
  • Take initiative in fundraising
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including student recruitment and logistic support for overseas speakers and trips



Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or master level education, preferably in communication or marketing, with media training
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing and media
  • Experience in website management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Strong copywriting and design ability a plus
  • Strong computer skills: Mac & PC operations, Adobe, Dream weaver, Design Works
  • Ability to communicate the essence of the Christian gospel to others
  • Regular service and involvement in the church and community


Note:

  • Understand Christian communication as mission
  • Pay scale comparable to media or public relations officer in nonprofits
  • Full-time position
  • Insurance plan, Medical plan
  • Work location: Jordan, Hong Kong
