Seminar: Developing the Next Generation of Leaders - The Role of Faith Integration by Dr Karen LONGMAN

Harvard Professor Barbara Kellerman’s book titled “The End of Leadership” bemoans the dismal failure of what she terms “the leadership industry” – hundreds of millions of dollars spent, yet there is less trust and confidence in leaders than ever before.  How can Christians respond to the need for competent, ethical leaders?  How can an understanding of leader identity development be combined with biblical principles to raise up the next generation of leaders?
