Programme Leader (for MBA and MA in Leadership)

As an institute of higher learning in Hong Kong, Lumina College intends to be an intellectual hub that rallies a dynamic, global learning community rooted firmly in Christian worldviews.  Through collaboration with well-reputed global Christian universities, we aim to provide quality Christian higher education that closely integrates faith with learning, and nurture future leaders with the mind, heart, and competence to serve the society and country.

Since 2016, Lumina College has been offering two diploma programmes for interested members of the community: “Future Leaders: Integrating Christian Worldviews and Learning” and “Christian Faith and Contemporary Culture”.  The Research Institute under the College has also organized a series of talks and seminars that draw on local and overseas expertise to speak on topics ranging from global worldviews to cross-cultural leadership, the future of Hong Kong people to education and personhood, and success in science to Christian responses to artificial intelligence.

In 2018 fall, Lumina College will launch several Master’s programmes offered in collaboration with various Christian universities in the US.  We are looking for candidates who are qualified to teach some the relevant courses and prepared to oversee matters concerned in programme administration.
