Lumina announces partnership with Asbury University and Cairn University

26 June 2017
Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who has risen from the dead.
On behalf of Lumina College and the entire staff, I am honoured and excited to inform you that we have signed an agreement with Asbury University through which our students will be able to earn a Master of Arts in Communication: Digital Storytelling from Asbury.
Asbury President Dr. Sandra C. Gray and Lumina President Dr. Wing Tai Leung signed a partnership agreement.
Deep in the heart, everyone has a story to tell.  Christians can be equipped to win the battle of narrative in the digital world.  The Master of Arts in Communication from Asbury University enables Christians to tell their stories in the public space, rendering communication a means for community building rather than propaganda.  "I’m excited to see the worldwide impact that arises from Asbury University’s partnership with Lumina College,” Asbury President Sandra C. Gray said. “God works through people, and His wisdom in bringing us together, from Hong Kong and the U.S., will enable us to further His purposes.  Through this international collaboration, we will further academic excellence and spiritual vitality, strengthening our mission to impact the world for Christ.”
In addition to that, we have also signed an agreement with Cairn University for the Master of Business Administration which teaches our students not only the skills to drive business success but also the essential values required for ethical, moral and wise leadership in today's marketplace.  This MBA program has an emphasis on global entrepreneurship.  It exemplifies in part the University’s mission built on the heritage of C.I. Scofield: to change the world through not only the clergy but all leaders by way of fine Christian higher education.
Provost of Cairn University Dr. Brian Toews came to Lumina College to sign a collaborative agreement with President Dr. Wing Tai Leung
Signing agreements with Asbury University and Cairn University marks a major milestone for Lumina College.  Collaboration is the future of higher education and Lumina College, by God’s grace, is connecting the resources of the East and West to pioneer that.
We would like to have your continual support to our mission of faith-and-learning integration in the future.
In His Service,
Leung, Wing-Tai
